How long can I hire the 360 Video Booth for?
You can hire our 360 Video Booths for a minumum of 2 hours and there isn't really a maximum. We have many clients that have hires our photo and 360 Video booths for an entire day and some that have attended conferences and had our booth present for a number of days.
What's included in the hire packages?
Our selfie photo booth and 360 video booths include the following:
- Full design service including tailored photo designs, video designs and welcome screens
- Setup and takedown of the booths, don't worry, this is exluded from your total rental time
- Delivery and travel costs and staff time are all included
- Unlimited number of photos, gifs, boomerangs and videos on our selfie photo booths
- Instant delivery of photos, gifs, boomerangs and videos to mobile devices via AirDrop and QR code
- Unlimited nnumber of videos on our 360 video booths
- Basic stick props with all photo and video booths
- Staff attendant for 360 video booth
- All Pixel Pop friendly and professional and in branded uniform
- After the event you will receibe a link where you can view and download all images and videos from your event
Do you offer customisations for events?
Of course, for us every event is different and unique, whether it is your 18th or 21st birthday, your wedding, christening or a corporate event. We aim to bring a unique spin to every event. Our photo overlays will be tailored to your specification, whether you want a single photo per guest, or a group of 2, 3 or 4. We create a unique welcome screen that will meet your guests and can even overlay a sample of your favourite song for the videos.
We also have a range of backdrops and additional items such as premium props, LED lighting tubes and VIP rope and red carpet.
If you want to take it one step further, we can custom print a unique backdrop for you.

Can I order a Photo Booth and a 360 Video Booth for the same event?
Most definitely! If anything you will get far more for your money, with a dual booth setup, not only will you receive a booth attendant for the 360 Video Booth, but you will also have them there for the Selfie Photo Booth.
The only thing you will have to make sure of is that physically your venue has the space for two booths.
What areas do you cover?
By default, we offer Selfie Photo Booths and 360 Video Booths to London & Hertfordshire areas. We will however always consider locations outside of these areas. The best thing to do is WhatsApp chat with us and we will see what we can do for you.
Are you insured?
Of course. We are a legitimate Limited company registered with Companies House and take our company incredibly seriously. The health and safety of you and your guests is of paramount importance to us and we take every measure to ensure this stays true. In addition to our safety measures we are also fully insured up to £10 million public liability and up to £10 million product liability.
What is the difference between the props and the premium props?
The included props are a selection of card on stick props. The premium props package will include a mixture of the following:
- Novelty hats
- Novelty glasses
- Feather Boas
- Face/Eye Masks
- Inflatables
- Necklaces
What is a Share Station?
A Share Station is another device that sits near your booth, whether a photo booth or video booth. The share station automatically downloads all the images and videos taken on the booths. The purpose of this is to free up the booth and avoid having guests sitting there trying to download their images. The share station takes the load and leaves for booth free for snapping photos and videos.
Is there a limit to the number of photos and videos we can take at our event?
Absolutely not! Our booths are designed to give you truly unlimited access. Take as many photos and videos as you want!
Is there a limit to the number of prints we can have at our event?
Absolutely not. Out booths are designed to allow the number of prints required per session. If you have 6 people in the shot and they all want a physical photo? Not a problem. Print out as many as you want.
How much does a photo booth hire cost?
Prices for our photo booths start from £250. That includes delivery, setup and collection.
How much does a 360 video booth cost?
Our 360 video booth starts from £350, that will include delivery, setup, collection and an attendant for the duration of the event
How much space does a booth need?
The space required depends on the booth and any extras, including backdrops or a VIP setup. A 360 booth also needs room for camera movement and safe guest access. Tell us the available dimensions or share your room layout so we can advise on suitability rather than guessing.
Can the booth be used outdoors or in a marquee?
Please discuss outdoor or marquee use with us before booking. We need to consider cover, weather exposure, the ground surface, power and safe access. Choosing an outdoor option on the enquiry form does not by itself confirm that the space is suitable.
How do I check availability and secure a booking?
Use our booking enquiry form to send your date, venue, booth preference and hire duration. Our team will check the details and provide a quote. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or take payment; the next steps are agreed with our team.
