Welcome to Pixel Pop Ltd.'s Terms and Conditions. Here's what you need to know:
Contact: The designated person named by the Hirer on the Booking form. In case the Contact isn't available on the day, Pixel Pop Ltd.
reserves the right to select an appropriate alternative, which may include a venue staff member, event coordinator, or someone close
to the Hirer.
Booking Form: The form used to confirm booking details, including the Contact on the day, which may also be in the form of an email.
Hirer: The main booking contact named on the Initial Booking Form.
Hire Date: The date the Photo Booth is hired.
Photo Booth: The Pixel Pop Ltd. system and related equipment.
Location: The place where the Photo Booth is set up by a Pixel Pop Ltd. Representative on the Hire date.
User: The individuals using the Photo Booth while on hire to the Hirer.
Venue: The postal address where the Photo Booth is located on the Hire date.
Pixel Pop Ltd. Representative: A representative, either directly employed or subcontracted for Pixel Pop Ltd.
This Agreement begins on the date the Booking Form is signed or when confirmation of booking is received via email. It remains valid until the Photo Booth is collected or returned to Pixel Pop Ltd.'s satisfaction.
Here's what you need to know about using our Photo Booth:
A deposit must be paid by the Hirer to Pixel Pop Ltd.
An invoice for hire will be issued upon booking confirmation, and full payment must be made at least 7 days before the Hire date.
Written notification of cancellation at least 7 days before the Hire date will result in a refund, minus the Deposit.
No refund will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the Hire date.
The Hirer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Photo Booth while it's at their risk, except for fair wear and tear.
Pixel Pop Ltd. shall not be responsible for losses or equipment failure beyond its control.
Pixel Pop Ltd. may terminate the Agreement if the Hirer fails to comply with its obligations.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties, and no other promises or obligations apply unless expressly set out herein.
Bookings with Pixel Pop Ltd. are subject to our stated Terms and Conditions and GDPR rules.
Pixel Pop Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure in performance due to factors outside its control.
The Agreement is not intended to benefit third parties.
Any notices must be given by registered or recorded delivery mail.
Pixel Pop Ltd. owns the copyright of all images and videos taken using the Photo Booth.
This contract is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
